Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board invites online TNTET Application Form 2017 for selecting the interested persons for various faculty positions in Tamil Nadu State. The state eligibility test is conducted for selecting candidates for basically two levels- Primary Schools (Class I to V) and Secondary Schools (Class VI to VIII). The candidates preparing for the exam should be having an undergraduate degree in education (D.E.Ed/ B.Ed) along with Diploma in Elementary Education/ Diploma in Teacher Education for selection of candidates. Interested candidates can apply online through the departmental official website that is trb.tn.nic.in on or before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria for TNTET 2017
Qualification Required:
- For TET class 1 to 5: Candidates should have completed their BTC, B.Ed, or Nursery Teacher Training Degree, or else having 2 years BTC in Urdu.
- For TET class 6 to 8: Candidates must complete their Graduation with aggregate 45 % marks along with 2 year Diploma in Education or else passed out B.Ed with 50 % marks or have 4 years special Education Diploma with 50% marks.
