Karnataka Scholarship 2017
The Department of Public Instructions, Government of Karnataka has announced that online registration for Karnataka Scholarship 2017 will be started soon. Students who don't have money to continue their higher education may apply for this scheme. The government provide Fee Reimbursement to the selected and eligible candidates. This scheme is only for reserved categories defined by Indian govt. Students who belongs to Backward cast, scheduled cast and minorities may apply for the fee reimbursement scheme of the government. The Samaj Kalyan Vibhag of Karnataka will distribute the amount to the needy and deserved students. Every year, the department send a fixed amount to the Students bank accounts as per their course and fee and category. The main aim to distribute this amount to help the poor students to continue their higher education. The amount to be given to them as a reimbursement of the tuition fee. This facility is only for SC, ST, OBC and minorities students. This scheme is divided in two formats i.e. Pre-Matric and Post-Matric. Students who are studying in 11th, 12th, BA, MA, BCom, MCom, BSc, MSc, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, MBBS, B.Tech, M.Tech, ITI, Polytechnic and much more courses may get the benefits of this scheme.

The main motive to give this studentship amount is to encourage the financially poor students who have the ability to achieve their goals but due to their financial condition, they are not able to study further.

Karnataka Scholarship SC/ST/OBC/Minority Scheme 2017

- Income affirmation & another certificate
- College / School all necessary Certificate
- Domicile/ Category / Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/General)
- Residential Proof
- Recent Passport size photograph
- Attested photocopies of Necessary certificates
- Mark sheet of last Passing Class.
- Income Certificate of your father/mother
- Aspirants parents’ annual income should not above than 3.00 lac.
- Aspirants should not apply for any other scholarship Scheme
- Karnataka government provides scholarship via many institutes.
- Karnataka Govt. provides 40% reservation in Scholarship for Girls.

- Then go to the homepage and read the current updates about scholarship scheme.
- Choose proper link as “Apply Online” and hit on it.
- Fill the application form correctly without any mistake.
- Enter your details as per 10th certificate and click on submit.
- Upload the needed documents, photo and signature.
- Finally save it and take the hard copy prints out for further use.
