There will be relaxation for the SC/ ST/ PH Candidates as 15% for Scheduled Caste students, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes and 27% for OBC candidates. The aspirants clear the written exam then physical test, medical exam and then Interview.

Exam Pattern: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police exams will be based on the General English, General Hindi, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude Test and Simple Reasoning Test topics. 20 questions will there from each topic. The exam will consist the total 100 multiple choice questions, each question carry equal marks. The total time duration for the exam is 2 hours.
